I was in town and I wanted to eat the seafood puccia. Before 1pm, this restaurant offers special offers on its menus. I sat down after 13.30 and tasted some dishes from the ordinary menu. The service was very professional. The decidedly pleasant environments evoked marine atmospheres. The staff very welcoming. The air conditioning was efficient and the toilets very clean. The fish was very fresh and I really enjoyed the quality of the courses offered. The menu is very rich and there is a choice. This place is really recommended if you want to eat some fresh fish, in a modern key, a stone’s throw from the city gate.

The oysters were superb, so were the aperol spritz cocktails watching the Napoli Gate. Sliced tuna over a bed of rockets also tastes good. The service is lovely, Italian elegant. Definitely a great restaurant to enjoy seafood and a nice atmosphere in Lecce.

L’ostrica ubriaca is a restaurant located in Lecce, in the city center. The place is very chill, located on 2 floors it displays also of a terrace, which has outdoor tables that also offer a nice view over the arc of Lecce. The staff is nice and kind, very welcoming and ready to help if needed, I’d also add that they are very prepared on the choice of wine. The service is fast. Concerning the food, it is amazing: the fish and seafood are fresh, and the portions very big. They also have a vast choice of plates, not only of fish but also of meat and vegetables and vegetarian/vegan dishes. The overall experience was wonderful, and the nice staff is for sure a plus

If you like seafood and you are in Lecce you need to come to L Ostrica Ubriaca. Fresh dishes, great service and amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended!
